For our on-campus groups:

  • Choose Browse Events for a calendar.
    • You do not need to be a registered web user for this function.
  • Choose Browse for Space to see if a particular space is available at this time.
    • You do not need to be a registered web user for this function.

Would you like to request a space for an event?

  1. Click the my account tab.
  2. If you have an account, click log in.
  3. To create an account, click create an account. You will receive e-mail confirmation from us when your account is ready for you to start scheduling spaces on campus.
  4. Confirmations of your Campus-Wide Scheduling requests will be e-mailed to you upon approval.
