Use this feature to look for potential space for an event. This is NOT a complete listing of all schedulable space.
- Select a Building.
- Under Filter Options below, select a Date.
- When your search results are returned, use the Previous and Next buttons at the top of the grid to view the availability of the rooms for earlier and/or later times in the day.
- The 'C' column indicates room capacity.
A space may appear open, but please be aware that other pending requests do not appear for public view.
